Q: Why are my download speeds very slow?
A: We do not throttle users download speeds from our site. Please understand that you will only be able to download at the speed of what your local services Internet provider has available to you (Example: Dial-up, DSL, Cable, T1, T3, OC3, etc.). If your download speeds are too slow, please contact your local Internet service provider.
Q: During Sign up, the Captcha (Word Verification) will not work?
Answers:
1) Be sure youre not using O for the number 0 (zero) and visa versa
2) Be sure youre not using L for the number 1 (one) and visa versa
3) If one does not work, try the other.
Q: Internet Explorer seems to have problems displaying mp3hp.com. Why?
A: Our site is optimized for the latest version of Internet Explorer. If you have Internet Explorer 6 or older, please visit Microsofts website to update your version of Internet Explorer.
Q: Why will a song not Preview when I select the preview button?
Answers:
1) Press refresh on your web browser. This may clear any inconsistencies with your cookies or temporary files.
2) If you experience a bug in our system, this gives you the opportunity to capitalize on it! We will provide that particular song for FREE if you can provide us with the information we need for this issue. All websites have bugs that provide errors, but our site is the only one that will compensate you for helping us fix it! When you submit a Support Ticket or Contact Us, please be sure to indicate that you have read this FAQ and qualify for the song for free.
Q: Im uncomfortable using my personal credit card. Can I use something else?
A: Yes there is.
You can purchase prepaid credit cards (aka: Gift Cards) with any information you would like to provide (name, address, and/or phone number). You can pick these $10, $20, $50, or $100 Prepaid Credit Cards at your local grocery store or supermarket

1) Please check our Download Instructions for detailed information and screen shots on how to download Music from our website.
2) You can download from 2 places after you purchase music from our site. Either in the “Album Page” or “Downloads Area” AFTER your purchase of the music youve selected.
Q: What should I do if my Credit Card declines?
A: Follow these steps:
1) Be sure youve correctly selected Visa or MasterCard
2) Spell your FIRST and LASTname exactly how it shows up on your credit card.
3) Spaces or Dashes are already provided. So you do not need to add any. Please provide ONLY numbers in this field.
4) Be sure you have selected the correct Expiration Date
5) Provide the correct CVV2 code. Note: This code is normally provided on the back side of the Credit Card that youre using. Use the last 3 digits
6) Your Country must reflect the correct address.
7) Be sure you have provided the BILLING address of your credit card. Many people use their physical address and are declined because they have a different “Billing Address
If the above does not work for your credit card issues:
Be sure to call your bank/credit card company and verify why these transactions are not going through.
This rarely happens, but it does happen sometimes unfortunately.
Some subscriber's banks seem to not allow international purchases unless the customer calls their credit card company and authorizes this.
Q: Will my iPod work with the music mp3hp.com provides?
A: Yes. We provide high quality mp3 files and these even work with earlier versions of iTunes
Simple Instructions:
1) Download & Install iTunes from Apples website
2) Download your music from mp3hp.com by visiting your Downloads Area and save them to an area on your computer that you will remember.
* (Be sure to Extract the .zip files if you download multiple tracks or an album - Right click .zip file and select "Extract" - this will create a folder with MP3 files)
1) Launch your iTunes application (if not opened already).
2) You can drag & drop the music FROM the location you downloaded to, and drag it over to the iTunes Library screen (it is recommended that you manage your iTunes folders correctly).
3) You will then sync your iPod with your library that you have just created or modified.

Q: What should I do when I get a browser prompt for website security?
A: We have changed our SSL certificate with a new provider. This will take time to update, but your Internet connection is SECURE.
If you look at the top of your web browser (Example: Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Opera, etc.) when selecting "Continue" on your Web Browser's pop-up window, you will see "hppts://mp3hp.com" in the URL area. The "s" in "https" means that the connection is secure with 256bit encryption.
We make it a goal to ensure 100% security for our users 100% of the time.
Q: What does the 48-Hour duration mean for my downloads?
A: The 48-Hour time period is how long you will be able to download your music until it is cleared out of the "Downloads Area".
You can get to your Downloads Area by clicking the "Downloads Area" link in your login area (upper left corner after you login).
When track(s) or album(s) are preparing, the button will change to "Download" when they are ready. This process may take a few seconds or a few minutes. This 48-Hour countdown will begin when the music is ready for download (not during preparation).
If this takes longer than a few minutes, with a particular track or album, please let us know (we can fix this for you).
Q: How do I get ringtones to my phone?
A: mp3hp.com will be releasing a ringtone creator in the near future. In the meantime, users can listen to music on their phone by uploading the MP3 file to the required directory on their phone (using your phones vendors cable wire & software) and it will need to play a portion of the MP3 file. Not all phones are capable of this. PDA phone are recommended for this option. If you're unsure, please contact your phone provider.
You can modify these MP3 files with music editors or if your phone provides the ability to cut/edit music (installed program on your phone). In this case, it will be just a bit more Labor on your part.
Dont forget, mp3hp.com is in the process of integrating a “Ringtone Creator” in the near future (release = 2009). We will release this information on our Home page and/or email when the time comes. In the meantime, please continue to check our home page or wait for our email for this update.

Q: How do I unzip files with MAC OSX?
A: Some versions of MAC OSX may not have a built in .zip functionality.
Do a Google search for keywords: "free zip extractor for Mac OS X" and there are may results for you to choose from.
After finding and installing the type of zip extractor you prefer, you can now use this tool to unzip your music zip file.

A: When you purchase a Package, you will receive the bonus outlined after that amount.

Q: Why does my credit card statement sometimes show a slightly smaller or larger amount than what I purchased online?
A: Based on the daily exchange rate, and the location (Ukraine) of our merchant processor for credit card transactions, you may see a small difference in charges when looking at your credit card statement.
The amount may very between $0.00 - $2.00 USD. This is strictly based on timing of the continously changing exchange rate which slightly reflects your purchase. There is absolutely no possibility that this will make a dramatic difference in your purchase price. This is why you see a $5 service charge with some of our competitors. Luckily, we do NOT charge an extra service charge as our competitors do, we simply allow the current exchange rate to calculate this small amount during your transaction.
