Registration

Every user must register to acquire full access to weRmp3.com Services. During registration, every user provides the Site Administration with certain personal data, such as: full name, email address, and other data necessary to use the services. After successful registration on the Site, each user receives a unique member name (login), and an entrance password as well as a personal account for using the site and interacting with the Administration.

During registration, you should submit only true and accurate personal data. The Site Administration undertakes not to abuse any data received during registration and not to disclose it. The user agrees not to pass his/her login and password to anyone else. The owner of a personal account bears all responsibility for damage caused as a result of passing the weRmp3.com login and password to a third person.

Any user registered on the Site can terminate registration at any time and stop being a user of the Services by sending a message to our stuff , containing user login and password. If the user terminates registration, it is impossible to withdraw any balance remaining on the personal account. No other payments will be returned and no losses will be reimbursed.

Making Payments

All registered users are charged for downloading audio materials in accordance with the tariffs and rules set by the Administration on a prepaid basis.

Price for each audio material is given next to the track.

How to Download MP3s

Please visit your Downloads Area to download your music. This page will outline all songs that you have purchased and will be available for the duration of 48 hours (48 hours begins to countdown immediately after the selection to Purchase your music). After this 48-hour period, you will be unable to download the music again. If you do require downloading the music again, you will be required to purchase the music again.

This is why we encourage users to download your music do your local computer after your purchase of the music.

You can also download music on the Artists page where you purchased your music originally. After you select the purchase option, the album may prepare (if applicable), then you will see a link to download. You can interact with downloads the in the same method as you can in the Downloads Area.

When you click on the Download.. link, you will be automatically prompted to Save the file. It may be a single track (.mp3), or a .zip file with multiple tracks (selected tracks or entire album). You will then select a location you would like to download to on your local computer, then select the Save button. This will download the music do your local computer. It is your responsibility to manage the music from this point.

We do recommend that you create a backup of your computers copy of the music in the event of a failure of your computer. In this case, you can restore your music after your failure is fixed and your music is not lost.

Viruses

Our music is scanned before every download to ensure that our music has not been hacked and have been infected with viruses. We have in place an antivirus infrastructure that guarantees that we cannot be hacked. For security reasons, we cannot list what modeled infrastructure is in place. Rest assured that all precautions have been integrated for maximum security.

Refund Policy

When a payment is made with www.weRmp3.com, you as the customer are 100% liable for your purchase and are not permitted to receive a refund regardless of individual reasons. Only in Extreme cases will customers be allowed to receive a refund (example: Lost or stolen credit card). In order to receive a refund, please contact us at the required method and we will process a ticket, thus starting the process and we will determine if you qualify for a refund. Please note that a thorough investigation will be performed before a refund is considered (Example: IP Address validation, Proxy verification, Time Stamps, frequency of purchases, downloaded music details, etc.). Thorough investigations are required to ensure that only legal and authentic purchases are processed with www.weRmp3.com.
